Responsibilities :

• Guide patients in choosing the right eyewear and contact lenses tailored to their prescription, while also promoting sales.
• Perform refraction tests and dispense appropriate eyewear and contact lenses, ensuring optimal fit and vision correction.
• Advise customers on suitable lenses, coatings, and frames based on their individual needs and preferences.
• Keep detailed records of customer prescriptions, work orders, and payment transactions.
• Handle inventory and sales tracking, submit patient insurance information, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.

Job requirement:

• Possess a Refraction Certificate recognized by the Singapore Optician and Optometry Board (OOB).
• Relevant experience in optometry or eyewear dispensing is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to assess and meet patient needs effectively.
