Responsibilities :

• Oversee repair work to ensure it meets high standards and prevent rework, maintaining customer satisfaction and minimizing come-back jobs.
• Guide and motivate a team of technicians to deliver top-quality vehicle services and repairs for commercial vehicles, ensuring exceptional turnaround time and productivity to meet customer requirements.
• Use advanced electronic diagnostic tools to identify defects and determine necessary repair actions, including parts requirements for efficient vehicle repairs.
• Keep supervisors informed about the status of repairs and any issues that may arise during the service process.
• Perform test drives of vehicles after repairs when necessary to ensure quality and functionality.
• Supervise and manage the use of spare parts on contract vehicles to maintain inventory control and cost efficiency

Job requirement:

• Possess a valid Class 3 and Class 4 driving license.
• NITEC in Automotive Engineering or equivalent certification.
• Experience with technical services(prefer with Prime Movers/ Heavy Vehicle)
• Ability to understand and interpret electrical drawings.
• A strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
