We're a small charity organisation, dedicated to help women & families in need and we are looking for candidates who are passionate about supporting women with unplanned pregnancies.
About the Role:
Interview and assess potential and existing clients:
- to formulate personalised service and care plans,
- to prepare case reports,
- to provide information & referral to external relevant agencies for appropriate services.
- to provide and coordinate support services for aLife’s clients.
- to monitor, follow up and review care/case plans and provide recommendations to modify care/case plans where necessary.
- to liaise with clients, clients’ families, volunteers and external agencies.
- to assist in the planning, implementation and evaluation of programmes, events and activities.
- to upkeep clients’ documents, case/counselling notes and individual case files.
Experience & Qualifications: Attributes & Qualifications:
- Positive, highly-motivated, self-starter & passionate about helping people
- Able to work on Saturdays (full-day) as and when required.
- Social work degree with at least 3 years of experience in casework.
- Experience in counselling, especially to women with unsupported pregnancies.
- Able to drive/own vehicle is an asset as client home visits are required.
- Able to communicate with clients who speak only Malay or Mandarin.
Only Singaporeans or PRs considered.
