Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.

Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.

Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Create company policies that will encourage a healthy work environment

Make changes and suggest improvements wherever required to ensure the proper functioning of the department.

Design interesting onboarding sessions and processes for new recruits.

Evaluate the performance of HR employees and give constructive feedback.

Ensure the department is adhering to company policies and regulations.

Compile monthly Executive Summary and Quarterly Report

Assist in responding to employee relation issues in partnership with the appropriate line manager/supervisor.

Facilitate the recruiting and selection process. Work with management to ensure the selection of the best candidates for all positions.

Coordinate and facilitate new employee hiring process.

Assist in the formation and interpretation of policies and programs.

Coordinate and develop employee event planning and employee development programs.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance requirements.

Nurture a positive working environment

Monitor employee appraisal process

Monitor employee morale and company culture.

Perform investigations into employee issues from time to time.

Present at monthly Operations Meetings

Forming and maintaining employee records

Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave

Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides

Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance

Communicating with external partners

Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover

Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries

Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken

Maintenance of Office files and Labor Records

EPOL and WPOL application & RENEW process

Handle workers’ medical insurance and Workmen Compensation

Handle phone calls and enquiries

Other duties may be assigned and can vary depending on the business needs of each community.

Requirements:

Masters degree in Business Management or Human Resources or relevant qualification.

Masters degree in Psychology or relevant qualification.

Prior experience as a Senior HR Manager or relevant position.

Strong command over HR management software like applicant tracking systems, payroll systems, etc.

Excellent knowledge of labor registration.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

Excellent ability to create a comfortable and healthy work environment for employees.

Able to work under pressure.

Willing to work weekends and Public Holidays whenever required.
