We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to serve as the vital link between our clients and internal team. This role involves overseeing project timelines, ensuring smooth communication, and managing deliverables to meet deadlines efficiently.

Position:

  • Full-time positions and full-time contracts available.
  • Hybrid work environment (90% remote).

Responsibilities & Expectations:

  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and met.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee video projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are upheld.
  • Team Communication: Serve as the bridge between clients and editors, clearly conveying feedback, revisions, and project requirements.
  • Timeline Management: Proactively manage schedules, set realistic deadlines, and ensure all stakeholders are aligned to meet project milestones.
  • Quality Control: Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and internal standards before submission.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate challenges, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions to keep projects on track.

Requirements:

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in client management and team coordination.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with video editing and post-production workflows is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
