Working days : Monday - Friday 9am -6pm / Flexi Hours
Salary : $3200 -$4500 (Subject to Experience)
Location : Office - Changi Airfreight Centre

Job Responsibilities:

  • Direct reports to the Senior Manager.
  • Achieve agreed upon quarterly sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Generate and reach out to customer leads through cold calling, door knocking, digital marketing to establish new market.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction.
  • Work closely with Customer Service and Operations on the execution of customer's quotation and orders.

Job Requirements:

  • With Diploma in logistics / supply chain is preferable.
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B or B2C sales experience, sales experience in freight forwarding industry will be highly preferred.
  • Proficient using Microsoft applications such as Excel, Words, PowerPoint etc.
