Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Delivering expert technical consultative services and generating detailed specification documents for Architects, Façade Consultants, and Contractors.
- Collecting and analysing feedback from customers and prospects, sharing insights with internal teams to refine and optimize sales strategies
- Proactively seeking new sales prospects through cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media platforms
Requirements
- GCE “A” Level, Diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing, or other relevant professional qualifications
- 2-3 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive
- Prior experience in the building industry is an advantage
