  • Source supplier and sub-contractor quotations, and prepare price comparisons and costing summaries.
  • Provide quantity surveying services, including interim valuations, contract variations, and claims management.
  • Assist in monthly cost and value reporting, quantity take-offs, and tender/contract preparation.
  • Conduct cost analysis for repair/maintenance projects and feasibility studies.
  • Manage risk, value, and cost control, and develop responses to commercial risks.
  • Evaluate tenders, value completed work, and arrange payments.
  • Stay updated on building contracts and health and safety regulations.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil & Structural engineering.
  • Min 2 years and above of related experience in contracting / civil construction industry
  • Meticulous, independent, highly motivated and results- oriented.
