- Location: Boon Lay
- Working Days: 5 days A Week
- Working hours : 8:00am - 5:00pm (40 hrs per week)
- Salary : S$ 2,700 to 3,700
Roles & Responsibilities:
a) Audit related
- Conduct internal audits and supplier audits
- Assist in ensuring corrective actions are in place and in compliance
- Assist in establishing procedures/work instructions and maintain documents
b) Process related
- Analyse test reports and work with the relevant teams for improvement actions
- Attend to potential quality issue and to address follow-up actions with cross functional team members
- Liaison with the relevant teams on root cause investigations, corrective and preventive actions for non-conformance or procedural failure
c) QA/QC Dept related
- To support preparation of QA/QC plans, formulate QC checklists, inspection and procedures
- Assist in compilation of monthly reports
- Maintain certification related documentations
- Assist in QA/QC's HSE in areas of hazards/incidents/risk assessments when necessary
d) Any other tasks or projects as assigned
Job Requirement
- Diploma in engineering fields with 1-2 years of relevant experience in QA/QC role
- Knowledge of metal-related industrial standards preferred
- Knowledge in problem solving methodologies: 8D, 5Whys, FMEA, SPC
