
URGENT: Sales Manager (Semicon/Automation)
Responsibilities:
- You will lead Business Development for Automation Equipment Programs.
- Responsibilities include managing a cross-functional team, developing sales strategies, building a strong prospect pipeline, and handling RFQs to secure deals.
- You will negotiate contracts, identify growth opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Additionally, you will provide weekly pipeline updates, bi-weekly sales forecasts, and manage SAP Sales Orders to ensure timely invoicing and payments.
- This role requires strategic planning, leadership, and a focus on customer satisfaction and market expansion.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering
- Possess knowledge or past experiences in industrial automation &/or robotics.
- Minimum 2 years sales experience servicing the semiconductor &/or manufacturing industries.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with initiative and drive
- Regional travelling maybe required.
