ob Description:

1. Ensure high level of customer satisfaction

2. Recommend jewellery that matches customer’s needs by accurately describing product features and benefits.

3. Provide satisfactory after-sales services to customers

4. Keep up to date with product information and upcoming promotions.

Housekeeping

5. Price tagging as required

6. Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Criteria:

1.Positive work attitude and great communication skills.

2.Able to work independently and as a team. Proficiency in English. Bilingual (English and Mandarin) preferred.

3.Basic administrative skills

4.Able to work weekends/public holidays as required

5.Education level: diploma or equivalent preferred

6.Agreeable to given working hours

7.Sales experience: 1 year preferred but not necessary

Requirremt : mimimum work 3 days a week
