Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Administrator to manage human resources functions and provide support for Board-related matters. This role combines HR responsibilities with governance and administrative duties to ensure smooth operations across the organization during this period.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources and Administration

  1. Maintain employee records and manage HR-related paperwork, including new hire documentation, benefits enrolment, and status changes
  2. Coordinate recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, advertising positions, and arranging interviews
  3. Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures for all staff including temp
  4. Handle employee inquiries regarding HR matters and provide guidance on policies
  5. Coordinate training, bonding session and development programs for employees
  6. Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
  7. Manage HR record-keeping systems
  8. Handle staff and no-staff related insurance renewals
  9. Manage and assist with Payroll process

Board and Governance Support

  1. Assist in the preparation and distribution of Board meeting materials
  2. Coordinate with the corporate secretary on reporting and regulatory deadlines.
  3. Support the implementation of governance policies, including Personal Data Protection Act etc
  4. Assist in the collation and submission of annual corporate reports for regulatory bodies

Qualifications:

  1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR administration
  3. Prior working knowledge on HR systems (e.g., BIPO) is an advantage
  4. Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
  5. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications
  6. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  8. Experience in governance and Board support preferred
