**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Project Coordinator** to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects by coordinating between designers, contractors, and clients. You will be responsible for project supervision, timeline management, and maintaining clear communication across all stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Act as the primary point of contact for project coordination between designers, contractors, and clients.
- Supervise and monitor project progress to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
- Liaise with designers to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure work is completed according to specifications and schedules.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site visits to ensure work is progressing as planned and meets quality standards.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, contracts, and other documentation as needed.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, preferably in the interior design, construction, or renovation sector.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with designers, contractors, and clients.
- **Fluency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) is required.**
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)**, **SketchUp**, and other interior design software.
- Knowledge of interior design processes, materials, and construction methods is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret design drawings and technical documents.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites across Singapore as needed.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience working with residential and/or commercial interior design projects.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
