  2. Operational CoordinationCoordinate between different departments to streamline processes and ensure efficient workflows.
    Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, reports, and proposals.
    Support the implementation of consultancy programs and workshops.
  3. Client EngagementServe as a point of contact for client inquiries and ensure timely communication.
    Assist with onboarding new clients by managing documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  4. Event and Workshop ManagementProvide logistical support for coaching sessions, workshops, and seminars.
    Coordinate with trainers, venues, and participants to ensure events run smoothly.
  5. Finance and Budget SupportHandle invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management.
    Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  6. Process ImprovementIdentify areas for administrative process optimization and propose solutions.
    Support the implementation of new tools and systems to enhance productivity.
