
Global HR Services Manager
Our client is an established industrial multinational player and is seeking a HR Services Manager to be part of their Shared Services team to manage end-to-end on the full spectrum of Shared Services on a global scale.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Oversee full-spectrum HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits, payroll, employee relations, and staff administration (e.g., confirmations, promotions, onboarding/offboarding).
- Implement HR policies, systems, and talent management initiatives to align workforce management with company goals, driving operational improvements and organizational development.
- Manage and track the annual HR budget, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure effective change management across HR processes.
- Provide guidance to line managers on HR matters, support decision-making and performance management, and leverage government workforce initiatives to drive organizational growth.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- A minimum of a Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in HR Shared Services, with focus on Payroll
- Professional HR certifications such as IHRP, SHRM will be highly desired.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Sound knowledge of country-specific employment laws and regulations.
