Payroll Executive (1 year contract - renewable / convertible to Perm)

The Role

  • Supporting the Payroll Manager, you will handle the full spectrum of payroll function and ensure accurate and timely administration of pay
  • Process monthly payroll including overtime, allowance, no-pay leave, claims, statutory and other employee payments
  • Submit NS make-up pay, maternity and childcare leave claims
  • Prepare overpayment recovery letters to resigned staff to claim overpayment due to resignation
  • Prepare monthly payroll journals, reports, accruals & cost charging to Finance
  • Prepare and send out electronic payslips
  • Handle tax clearance submission, monthly CPF submission & annual income tax submission
  • Participate and support HR/Payroll Projects
  • Handle team member enquiries on payroll matters

About You

  • Knowledge in e-HR System is an added advantage
  • Diploma in Business/HR or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in for a fast-paced environment, fresh grads are welcomed
  • Good working knowledge of the Employment Act, CPF & IRAS statutory requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot table/Vlookup)
  • Meticulous, organized and a team-player
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
