Your main role in the company will be to manage the human resource functions of the company.
- Manage and review all HR and Admin policies and procedures.
- Responsible for the HR functional areas encompassing recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, training arrangement, performance management and payroll process.
- Tabulating workers timesheet, and calculation of drivers payroll in excel
- Update and maintain relevant HR info databases
- Maintain an effective and user-friendly document control and filing system
- Participate in continuous improvement on HR work processes and create SOPs and documentations
- Handle MOM related survey
- Manage all work pass applications while maintaining compliance with MOM laws and regulations
- Address employee grievances promptly and professionally
- Facilitate conflict resolution to maintain a harmonious workplace
- Assess training needs across departments
- All other administrative supports necessary
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in HR or a related role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently as a standalone department
