  • Conduct consultations to explain our brain development programs and their benefits.
  • Maintain strong relationships with parents through regular follow-ups and progress updates.
  • Work closely with the teaching team to monitor student progress and address concerns.
  • Assist in sales and marketing efforts, including outreach activities and events.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with centre policies.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Psychology, Early Childhood, Education, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in education, therapy, or customer service roles is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • Ability to explain programs clearly and build trust with families.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a passion for helping children succeed.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time position, 5 days a week.
  • Fixed schedule requiring availability on weekends.
