We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a Designer, you will collaborate with our creative and account management teams to create compelling visual content for diverse campaigns and brands. The ideal candidate is passionate, innovative, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and execute visual designs across various media including digital, print, social media, and outdoor advertising.
- Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Art Directors, and Account Managers to understand and interpret client briefs.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs.
- Create and deliver presentations to clients, clearly articulating design concepts.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines and meeting deadlines.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and design best practices.
- Prepare and package final artwork files for production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in an advertising, branding, or digital marketing agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative concepts, campaigns, and design execution.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with animation or motion graphics (Adobe After Effects or similar tools).
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
- Familiarity with digital advertising formats and specifications.
