As a Designer, you will collaborate with our creative and account management teams to create compelling visual content for diverse campaigns and brands. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative concepts and execute visual designs across various media including digital, print, social media, and outdoor advertising.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Art Directors, and Account Managers to understand and interpret client briefs.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs.
  • Create and deliver presentations to clients, clearly articulating design concepts.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines and meeting deadlines.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and design best practices.
  • Prepare and package final artwork files for production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in an advertising, branding, or digital marketing agency.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative concepts, campaigns, and design execution.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with animation or motion graphics (Adobe After Effects or similar tools).
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
