Our client, a renowned Real Estate Developer firm, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Property Manager (Industrial)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee property maintenance and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Implement best practices and standard operating procedures across the portfolio.
  • Lead operations teams and service providers to address challenges effectively.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure contract compliance.
  • Manage operating and capital budgets, monitor expenses, and analyze variances.
  • Ensure timely procurement and contract renewals.
  • Execute approved asset enhancement initiatives (AEIs) within budget and timelines.
  • Provide property management insights for new developments and leasing proposals.
  • Develop initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Building, Real Estate Management, Facilities, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience managing a portfolio of properties, including Business Parks, Industrial, and Commercial buildings.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building maintenance systems and equipment.
  • Certified Fire Safety Manager (FSM) or Green Mark Facility Manager.

OTHER INFORMATION:

  • Location: East
  • Working hours: 5 Days
  • Salary: up to S$7,000 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
