Our client, a renowned Real Estate Developer firm, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Asset Manager (Industrial)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage real estate portfolio to maximize income, control expenses, and optimize market positioning.
- Monitor financial performance and mitigate business risks.
- Oversee property management and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with the leasing team to boost occupancy, develop leasing strategies, and handle negotiations.
- Maintain strong tenant relationships and track market trends
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and tenant matters.
- Oversee annual property valuations and insurance renewals.
- Ensure accurate property data in Yardi/SharePoint.
- Assist in business development, feasibility analysis, and project execution for new initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business, Finance, or its equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Asset Management in industrial portfolio
- Advanced knowledge of real estate markets, property valuation, and financial modeling
- Team player who possesses good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
OTHER INFORMATION:
- Location: East
- Working hours: 5 Days
- Salary: up to S$7,400 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
