As a WFH Financial Services Recruiter at Kairos Global Search, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and placing candidates across Financial Services sectors. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility to work from home, with a high commission structure based on placements. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, motivated, and eager to excel in the fast-paced recruitment industry. There will be training provided!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Get involved in business development such as to identify and target potential clients, building a robust pipeline of business opportunities.
  • Source and screen potential Financial Services candidates through various platforms and networks
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Financial Services clients and candidates
  • Collaborate with the team to understand client requirements and deliver suitable candidates within the Financial Services sectors.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices within the Financial Services sectors

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Financial Services recruitment or talent acquisition for Financial Services roles is an added advantage
  • Experience working in Financial Services industries is a plus but MUST have an interest in recruitment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
  • Driven by results with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Proficient with recruitment tools and platforms
  • Ability to thrive in a commission-based role
