  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Purpose

You will support the development and execution of product strategies and plans in collaboration with the Product Management team. This role focuses on enhancing products, analyzing trends, and driving key product management activities - looking after Singapore market only.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and analyze strategic product roadmaps, enhancements, and launches, leveraging market analysis, client surveys, and competitive reviews.
  • Manage core products, focusing on product delivery, client experience, and communication strategies. Prioritize and resolve obstacles to achieve business goals.
  • Execute value propositions, pricing, segmentation, and competitive strategies to strengthen client partnerships.
  • Lead market research, assist with innovation roadmaps, and address product commoditization challenges.
  • Contribute to acquisition targets, product performance, revenue growth, and expense management.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies, safeguarding the organization’s reputation and assets.
  • Utilize internal systems (Cognos, Tableau, Eclipse, etc.) for data access and insights.

Knowledge & Experience:
  • 5-8 years of product management experience, ideally in credit card products, portfolio migrations, and data analytics.
  • University or undergraduate degree (in any field)

Competencies & Skills:

  • Knowledge of financial regulations and operational processes.
  • Strong ability to manage deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
