Role Summary
We are seeking a highly driven Account Executive with experience in the educational market. This role requires a self-motivated individual who has a solid understanding of the sales process, a strong network in the education sector, and ideally, experience selling to schools, educational institutions, or related markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and qualify leads within the ASEAN region, focusing on international schools and tutoring centers.
- Full-Cycle Sales: Own the sales process from outreach to closing, delivering compelling demos and guiding stakeholders through the buying journey.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement strategies to engage potential clients, deliver presentations, and build long-term relationships.
- Market Expansion: Leverage your network and build connections within the education sector to drive Class Wizard’s growth in the region.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and track your pipeline in our CRM system to ensure a seamless sales process and meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Client Onboarding: Work closely with new clients to ensure smooth onboarding, providing guidance and support for a successful launch of Class Wizard’s solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: Some prior experience in B2B, SaaS, or education sales is preferred, but highly motivated fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply.
- Interest in Education: Passion for edtech or improving teaching and learning outcomes.
- Skills: Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Mindset: Resilient, goal-oriented, and comfortable with a commission-driven role.
- Adaptability: Enjoys a fast-moving startup environment and can work independently when needed.
