  • Partner with event planners, corporate clients, and other stakeholders to generate leads.

Client & Event Management:

  • Conduct client consultations to understand catering needs and preferences.
  • Provide customized catering solutions and menu recommendations.
  • Work closely with the culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of catering events.
  • Conduct site visits, tastings, and pre-event meetings with clients.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.

Revenue & Budget Management:

  • Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts to maximize revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Track and manage catering budgets, ensuring profitability.
  • Prepare reports and forecasts for senior management.

Marketing & Brand Promotion:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in catering sales or hospitality sales, with at least 3 years in a senior sales role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of catering operations, food & beverage trends, and event planning.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
