We seek a highly organised individual who can work in a fast pace environment to provide support to the Leasing department
Job Description
- Preparation of tenancy documentation through SAP
- Preparation of manual ISF for billing and credit note matters
- Management of arrears with finance
- Liaise with finance and tenants pertaining to billing matters and yearly audit statement.
- Preparation and dissemination of relevant information internally, eg, tenant fitout/opening
- Update of floor plans with tenancy and sales details
- Update tenants contacts through Master Data creation and contact list
- Preparation and dissemination of circulars, letters and refunds and transfer of security deposit
- Liaise with insurance broker on tenant updates and billing to tenants
- Support leasing team in report preparation
- Responsible for tracking necessary documentations from tenants
- Ensure proper documentation in accordance to standard operating procedures
- Any other task as assigned by immediate supervisor/management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Highly organised with good time management skill
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong initiative and ability to follow through
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Minimally a Diploma or GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Levels
- SAP system knowledge is a plus point
