Work with fellow KidSTART Executive (KSE) to provide oversight to the KS administrative matters, including organising workflow/processes to support KidSTART practice internally, conduct internal audit to monitor compliance of work processes in accordance with the Service Standard Requirements set by funder. Liaise with funder, auditor and other relevant parties on reports submissions.

For COI

Support CSP team in the development and operation of programmes under Community Outreach and Initiatives (COI), and engagement of community stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and ensure accuracy of statistical reports for internal reporting and meetings with funder.
  • Organize internal workflow and processes for KidSTART work to support fidelity to best practices.
  • Familiarization and implementation of workflows and work procedures across the team and work with respective staff and supervisor to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor and compile KPIs for KS programme.
  • Provide administrative support to Centre Head and senior workers in the area of KS data reporting.
  • Liaise with funder, auditor and other relevant parties on reports submissions.
  • Secretariat for the monthly meetings with funder, which include coordinating with funder on meeting agenda, drawing out data for reporting, working with the respective staff to prepare the agenda, taking minutes for the meeting, etc.
  • Support KidSTART Practitioners in admin and initial touchpoints with KidSTART families upon case allocation.
  • Support team in the coordinating of and representing team at the annual Community Events organised by funders.
  • Support team in organising and providing logistical support for ad hoc KidSTART events for children and their families.
  • Inventory management of KS curriculum resources and materials.
  • Conduct engagements with stakeholders (such as donors, volunteers, beneficiaries) when necessary.
  • Provide administrative support for the development and operation of programmes under the Community Outreach and Initiatives (COI), including organizing data during the needs assessment phase and co-creating internal processes for operationalization of programs at pilot phase, data-collection and reporting at evaluation phase and coordination with volunteers and community partners.
  • PDPA representative for CSP – look into personal data protection matters in the centres and to ensure compliance to SCS practices.
  • Any other responsibilities or duties assigned by the Head of Centre.

Work Experience & Skills required

  • Diploma in any discipline.
  • At least 7-8 years of relevant work experience especially in the areas of data collation and analysis.
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Working location for this role will be at Bedok office.
