LOCATION
We have 8 outlets which are located at NEX, Toa Payoh, Jewel Changi Airport, Orchard Plaza, The Centrepoint, Wheelock Place, Ang Mo Kio, Harbourfront.
WHAT IS THIS ROLE ABOUT?
• Provide professional facial treatments on facial services and packages according to the standards and methods set by the company
• Ensure client comfort and satisfaction throughout their therapy experience
• Record clients’ particulars and update their information in the system accordingly
• To collaborate with beauty consultants and store managers in promoting suitable treatments and skin care products to customers.
• Deliver high level of customer satisfaction, growth and retention through passionate interaction with customers
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Spa & Customer Operations Manager and management
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• Positive attitude, optimistic nature and eager to learn
• Well-groomed with pleasing personality
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment is desirable
• Conversational in English and preferably proficiency in a second language to communicate with both international and local customers
• Able to work well in a team environment
• Neat and organized with high standard of cleanliness
• Handle basic front desk duties
• Past experience in beauty salon and passionate in skincare
• Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings extra hours, if required.
REQUIREMENTS
• Must possess CIDESCO/ CIBTAC / ITEC or other relevant Beauty and/or Wellness Certifications
• A working knowledge of skin care therapies, beauty products and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Steady and dexterous hands.
