
ERP/Power BI _Assistant Manager – Sales System & Capability
Responsibilities
The role is responsible for managing systems and tools to enhance sales execution, automating reporting processes, driving sales force training and development, and supporting the integration of new ERP systems to improve operational efficiency.
ERP System Launch
- Support the deployment of the new ERP system, ensuring proper configuration and testing to align with sales order processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, legal, and sales, to address any system-related challenges and ensure smooth integration into daily operations.
- Provide assistance and guidance to the team during the transition, ensuring effective adoption of the system’s features.
Power BI Reporting and Automation
- Lead the automation of reporting processes through Power BI by refining existing reports and developing new dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify essential metrics and design tailored reports to monitor performance and trends effectively.
- Ensure continuous improvement of automation tools, aligning them with business objectives to enhance operational efficiency.
Project/System Management
- Oversee the Image Recognition (IR) tool to identify, categorize, and track merchandise in real-time for FIT audit purposes, enhancing sales execution and performance.
- Utilize the IR tool to conduct comprehensive FIT score analysis and derive actionable insights in collaboration with the Sales Effectiveness Executive.
- Proactively manage and optimize the IR tool and other sales enablement technologies, contributing to regional and global cross-functional projects.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless project execution across various workstreams.
Sales Force Training & Development
- Conduct diagnostics on sales force effectiveness to identify gaps and implement training programs aimed at driving sales excellence.
- Develop solutions, either in-house or with external providers, to enhance the sales team's capabilities, overseeing the execution of training and development initiatives.
- Facilitate on-the-job training for the team, introducing best practices and standards to strengthen sales performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales effectiveness, sales capability, sales systems, or similar areas.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing colleagues at all levels.
- Proactive, independent, and adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional analytical skills to assess business challenges and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with ERP system functionalities and prior experience in system deployment is advantageous.
- Highly resourceful, innovative, and open to challenges.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), and salesforce systems (e.g., Distributor Management System, Salesforce.com).
