  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are a company doing underground cable installation for National Development Projects. We are location at Woodlands Spectrum 1. If you are the one we are looking for, contact us for an interview.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Handle full set of accounts.

2. Data entry of transactions into accounting system

3. Perform Monthly Bank reconciliation & GST reconciliation for Input Tax & Output Tax

4. Prepare quarterly GST return

5. Maintain Fixed Asset Register

6. Handle petty cash and all staffs claim

7. AP – keying of invoices and book into accounting system, check and ensure the supporting documents, handle suppliers payment and Supplier statement reconciliation.

8. Preparation of monthly balance sheet and income statement schedules and reconciliation & Journal entries.

9. Perform month end closing and prepare audit schedules for balance sheet accounts.

10. Prepare audit schedules and assist in auditing matters.

11. Prepare tax schedules and assist in tax matters.

12. Maintain proper filling and records

13. Ensure that accounting reports and supporting documents are in compliance with regulations, standards and practices

14. Perform any other tasks as required by Accountant

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Candidate must possess at least a CAT Certification/LCCI/ Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent.

2. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.

3. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent

4. Experienced in Quickbook accounting software preferred

5. Proficient in MS EXCEL and MS Word

6. Meticulous with positive working attitude and able to meet deadlines

7. Resourceful, organised and able to multi-task

8. Able to start work immediately will be an advantage

9. Open only to Singaporean and PR / Malaysian
