Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead market research, procurement, and sales operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in supply chain management, business expansion, and market analysis, with a proven ability to drive strategic growth and manage key partnerships.

Job Responsibilities

· Conduct in-depth research and collect information on palm oil production regions and market trends.

· Develop and implement procurement strategies for palm oil spot purchases while managing regional sales operations.

· Establish and optimize palm oil supply chain channels, leveraging networks to gather market intelligence, customer insights, and production-related data for analysis.

· Maintain and update business records, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.

· Identify new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and expand market reach.

· Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

· Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates).

· Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the palm oil industry.

· Strong understanding of the palm oil supply chain and market dynamics is preferred.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with a results-driven mindset.

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing high-pressure tasks with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
