Primary purpose and job scope:
- Work with SAP specialists to implement SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition, across various customer projects in multiple industries.
- Contribute to functional and business analysis, and support solution configuration and implementation.
- Assist in presales activities by preparing and delivering S/4HANA Cloud demonstrations.
Key accountabilities:
- Support the team in the successful implementation of S/4HANA Cloud functionalities, meeting project goals and timelines.
- Engage with customers to provide updates, address challenges, and ensure successful project outcomes while cultivating strong, ongoing customer relationships.
- Recommend and design solutions based on project requirements.
- Track and document project risks and issues, ensuring proactive resolutions.
- Report project progress to the team lead or manager.
- Assist in preparing and delivering impactful S/4HANA Cloud demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Pursue and work towards obtaining S/4HANA Cloud consultant certification to progress toward becoming a fully qualified consultant.
- Stay current on new S/4HANA Cloud features and industry trends.

Minimum Requirements (must have):
- Understanding of ERP systems; any exposure to S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Business ByDesign or other cloud ERP solutions is advantageous.
- Background in finance and exposure to business processes in manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, energy or construction industries.
- Proactive, hands-on attitude with a strong desire to learn and solve challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident with strong English proficiency. Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
Other Requirements (good to have):
- Experience working in a Professional Services/Consulting environment.
- Experience working in global virtual teams.
- Familiarity with SAP and SaaS solutions.
- Knowledge of business processes in other industries.
