- Competitive Pricing & Market Analysis: Implement pricing strategies that provide value to customers while maintaining a competitive edge in the market. Continuously review industry trends to refine merchandising strategies.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Conduct regular category analysis and evaluate promotion effectiveness to optimize future campaigns and maximize category profitability.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in category management, ideally within retail or FMCG.
- Strong expertise in merchandising, marketing, and business development in a customer-centric environment.
- Well-versed in market trends, competitive analysis, and industry insights to drive strategic decision-making.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with business partners and suppliers.
