Job Description

  • Contribute to the effective implementation and enforcement of the data governance framework, policies, and procedures.
  • Support and contribute to operationalisation of guidelines and standards for data classification, data quality, master data management and other data related risk, compliance and regulatory functions.
  • Monitor the data quality metrics and help with investigation and reporting of data quality issues.
  • Participate in data access management and contribute to the design and optimization of relevant processes.
  • Identify, assess, and report on data risks, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with product teams, data owners, data stewards, and the business intelligence team to resolve data governance issues and implement effective solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in information security, computer science, technology, accountancy, or related disciplines.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in Data Governance, Data Quality Management, Master Data Management or Data Analytics.
  • Experience with Data Lineage, Data Classification, and/or data policy implementation.
  • Knowledge and understanding of data governance challenges and best practices for metadata, data quality and data stewardship.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to facilitate cross border collaborations and discussions with stakeholders across the region / stakeholders from ShenZhen.
