Key Responsibilities

Strategic Fundraising & Share Dilution Planning

  • Develop and execute fundraising strategies across Pre-IPO and IPO stages to support company growth.
  • Oversee share dilution management, ensuring balanced equity distribution among stakeholders.
  • Work closely with senior leadership and finance teams to align fundraising efforts with business growth.

Investor Relations & Network Development

  • Leverage an established network of high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, private investors, venture capitalists, and institutional investors to secure funding.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, managing negotiations, term sheets, and investor inquiries.
  • Represent the company in roadshows, investor meetings, and other capital-raising activities.

Pre-IPO & IPO Preparation

  • Lead strategic financial structuring, investor relations, and compliance in preparation for IPO.
  • Guide the company through Pre-IPO financing, including private placements and equity rounds.
  • Partner with legal and finance teams to ensure all IPO-related documentation is properly structured and compliant with regulations.

Equity & Dilution Analysis

  • Conduct financial modeling and analysis to assess the impact of fundraising on company equity and shareholder dilution.
  • Provide executive teams with strategic recommendations on optimal equity structures.
  • Advise on dilution risks and strategies to mitigate shareholder impact.

Market Analysis & Risk Management

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive financing strategies.
  • Identify and assess risks related to fundraising, share dilution, and market fluctuations.
  • Provide market intelligence to support strategic investment decisions.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with finance, legal, and executive teams to ensure efficient fundraising execution.
  • Ensure clear communication of funding strategies, investor relations efforts, and share dilution impacts across the organization.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in investment banking, private banking, venture capital, or private equity.
  • Proven success in fundraising and closing high-value investment deals.
  • Strong connections with private investors, family offices, and institutional investors.
  • Deep understanding of financial markets, IPO processes, and equity structuring.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and dilution management.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
