Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, staff welfare, training, and payroll management.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for both local and remote teams, coordinating interviews and collaborating with department heads to understand required skills and competencies for open positions.
  • Build and manage effective interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and implement HR best practices across the organization.
  • Lead the implementation of performance appraisals, training programs, and feedback processes in line with local HR standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • CEI certification is preferred.
  • Previous experience in Construction, Engineering, or Oil & Gas industries is an advantage.
  • People-oriented and results-driven, with strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong understanding of labor regulations, HR policies, and process design and systems.
  • A critical thinker with a continuous improvement mindset, hands-on approach, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to meet deadlines.
