About the Role
We are a growing healthcare provider with more thna 10 clinics and expanding. The Purchasing Pharmacist will be responsible for managing the procurement, inventory, and distribution of medications and medical supplies to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the purchasing, supply chain, and inventory management of drugs and medical supplies.
- Conduct all procurement activities in line with company policies and procedures, including vendor sourcing, purchasing, distribution, and inventory control.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards and quality guidelines.
- Assist in developing purchasing policies, procedures, and documentation for medical devices, ensuring adherence to industry and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, GDPMDS, GDP).
Ideal Candidate
- Holds SPC full registration.
- Proficient in data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry and spreadsheet management skills.
- Able to utilize pivot tables to analyze purchasing trends and inventory levels.
- Comfortable working with vendors to ensure quality, pricing, and timely deliveries.
