- Campaign Support: Assist in executing marketing campaigns. Track campaign performance and provide reports on results.
- Event Support: Aid in planning and executing malls events, ensuring marketing materials are in place and assisting with on-the-day event coordination.
- Branding & Messaging: Support to ensure all platforms must be timely updated and align with mall’s image and objectives.
- Digital Marketing: Assist in exploration of new strategies and contribute ideas to create content for social media platforms, email newsletters and other marketing materials.
- Casual Leasing: Support team to source and reach out to prospects to drive revenue and new concepts.
- Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, shopper preferences and competitor activities to support marketing strategies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Interact with shoppers and tenants to gather feedback, assist with promotional efforts and contribute to community engagement initiatives.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team including maintaining campaign assets, preparation of purchase orders and license agreements, as and when required.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and digital marketing tools.
- Creative mindset with an interest in branding, design, and content creation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Passion for retail marketing and event planning.
