  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

- Coordinate Air exports and Air imports door-to-door shipments including transshipments

- Arrange transportation and monitor shipment status

- Customs formalities (send instructions to the customs broker)

- Shipment billing and/or invoicing

- Liaise with warehouse for cargo details and movements (e.g. receiving, deliveries, etc.)

- Work with the respective project managers to coordinate shipments, plan strategies and execute adhoc instructions

- Secure flight bookings with carriers and/or master loaders

- Develop and/or maintain good relationships with carriers and/or master loaders

- General administration

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.

- Liaise with government agencies – e.g. Customs, AVA
