Job Description:

  • Ensure all activities within the department is in proper.
  • Co-ordinated and team members are briefed daily during each shift.
  • Ensure the daily operations are run in an order and proper manner.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior staff to achieve guest's satisfication.
  • Assist in achieving the revenue target by upselling and recommending menu items to guests.
  • Assist and recommend ways to reduce wastage and efficient use of resources.
  • Ensure guests are properly served and ensure that staff express courtesy, efficiency in dealing with guests.
  • Ensure a harmonious working relationship between colleagues with proper and fair distribution of work load.

Requirements:

  • Experience in F&B will be an added advantage
  • Team player with adequate effective communication skills
  • Punctual and good working attitude
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Training will be provided
  • Able to work weekends & public holidays
  • Able to start work immediately or at short notice
  • Handling of Non-Halal ingredients as our restaurant is not Halal certified
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers and explain menu items
  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills
