Responsibilities
- Identify and build new client relationships across industry sectors
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing key clients, acting as their trusted advisor
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including M&A advisory, capital raising, and other relevant transactions
- Prepare compelling client presentations and proposals
- Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Manage due diligence, valuation, and financial modeling processes
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for clients
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Investment Banking, with a proven track record of success
- Deep understanding of financial markets, capital structures, and M&A strategies
- Extensive experience in originating and executing complex transactions
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
