We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Development Associate to lead client management and strategic partnerships. Client Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, wellness centers, and corporate partners, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including luxury hotels, spas, medical professionals, and wellness influencers.
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategy meetings with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure seamless post-sale support, working closely with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Identify Partnership Opportunities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with luxury hospitality groups, elite wellness brands, and medical institutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, including customized wellness solutions tailored to client needs.
- Work closely with marketing to design client engagement programs, events, and campaigns that drive brand visibility and lead generation.
- Negotiate and structure commercial agreements to maximize value for both O2genes and its partners.
Skills and Qualifications:
- To be resourceful to identify potential leads.
- Ability to interact and hold engaging conversations with professionals. Sales experience is a plus.
- Professional and well-groomed
- Fluent in English
- Mandarin is a plus
