Job Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Work with end users and product owners to collect requirements and write Detailed Functional Specifications (DFS) / General Functional Specifications (GFS) or user stories.
- Business & System Analysis: Collaborate with multiple teams to analyze multi-system features and interfaces, ensuring seamless integration.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Review SIT/UAT test cases, assist with testing, and support issue resolution.
- Project & Vendor Management: Assist project managers in governance, security, and architecture-related deliverables. Manage external vendors as needed.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the bridge between business and technology teams, facilitating meetings and committees.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure project alignment with tax reporting and banking regulatory frameworks.
- Process Optimization: Identify gaps between European and Asian sites and propose solutions to streamline operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 12+ years in banking IT, with 8+ years focused on tax or regulatory projects.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong expertise in tax regulatory frameworks (German Tax, AEOI/CRS, FATCA, IRS871m), banking operations, and financial products.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables), and banking systems (Olympic, TRANSACT, AAA).
- Project Methodologies: Experience in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall; familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and release management tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills in a multi-cultural environment.
