Vinflow SG Pte. Ltd is a newly start-up F&B company. We are looking for the right candidate to join us on a permanent full-time position.

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare meals and food to meet the specifications of guests in a timely manner.
  • Properly measuring kitchen ingredients and food portions.
  • Ensuring kitchen staff adhere to set standards, procedures, department rules and sanitation requirements.
  • Using kitchen knives and equipment such as grills, ovens, steamers, etc. in food preparation.
  • Managing the kitchen inventory and ensuring produces are fresh and of high quality.
  • Ensuring proper food temperatures when cooking and proper storage thereafter.
  • Keeping the workstation and kitchen equipment clean, organised and sanitised.
  • Taking charge of kitchen opening, closing and other side duties as directed by the Head Chef & Director/Management.

Requirements

  • Diploma holder with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in a F&B setup.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision at times.
  • A supportive team player and possesses a strong customer service mindset, resourceful with good organisational skills.
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice.

Working Hours

  • 6 days work week
  • 44 hours per week
  • Need to work on weekends and public holidays.
