Vinflow SG Pte. Ltd is a newly start-up F&B company. We are looking for the right candidate to join us on a permanent full-time position.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare meals and food to meet the specifications of guests in a timely manner.
- Properly measuring kitchen ingredients and food portions.
- Ensuring kitchen staff adhere to set standards, procedures, department rules and sanitation requirements.
- Using kitchen knives and equipment such as grills, ovens, steamers, etc. in food preparation.
- Managing the kitchen inventory and ensuring produces are fresh and of high quality.
- Ensuring proper food temperatures when cooking and proper storage thereafter.
- Keeping the workstation and kitchen equipment clean, organised and sanitised.
- Taking charge of kitchen opening, closing and other side duties as directed by the Head Chef & Director/Management.
Requirements
- Diploma holder with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in a F&B setup.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision at times.
- A supportive team player and possesses a strong customer service mindset, resourceful with good organisational skills.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
Working Hours
- 6 days work week
- 44 hours per week
- Need to work on weekends and public holidays.
