Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day-to-day HR and Administrative duties
  • Moniter and update employee records and documents
  • Administer Time Management System (TMS) and E-Leave
  • Provide payroll support in a timely manner
  • Support Annual Wage and Promotion Review
  • Submission for Government-Paid Maternity and Childcare Leave, Make-up claims, IR8A, and IR21
  • Assist in interviews and on/off boarding of employees
  • Able to handle employee's enquiries
  • Submission of statutory surveys
  • Handle work pass applications for new, renewals, cancellations and liaise with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) for work pass related matters
  • Support on Manpower Headcount report
  • Organize company event
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by Management

Job Requirements:

  • Singaporean only
  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 3 years' related experience in a similar capacity
  • Mature and independent
  • Possess a pro-active work attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of staffs
  • Possess a strong commitment in confidentiality and discretion
  • Good knowledge of local labor legislations, employment act
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin
