
Application Consultant - ERP BC
Job Descriptions
• Design, Test, Train, Implement, and Support customizations in Application Software for new and existing customers
• Provide support to reconcile and fix Application Software data, as required
• Identify software or service opportunities including training, modules, business process consulting, and development
• Document and communicate issues, risks, and changes within in Application Software project management software
• Coordinate application updates, hotfixes, and upgrades to existing customers
• Backup role for Application Support Desk and escalated support issues
• Assist with creating and maintenance of internal and external product training curriculums and documentation
Requirements
• Diploma or University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accountancy, or related disciplines;
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in application software support environment, project delivery and implementation preferably from ERP Solution provider environment
• Experience in working on design, configuration, training and support of business application
• Prior experience in setting up NAV/D365 BC on-premise as well as on cloud environment is an added advantage
• Candidate with accounting and application business process knowledge is a plus
• Customer handling skills, service oriented and problem-solving skills
• Customer facing remotely and physically
• Ability to manage and meet customer expectation and delivery timelines
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment running multiple tasks under tight deadlines and able to work with minimum supervision
• Willing to learn and Can-do personality, training will be provided for Microsoft Dynamics 365
