Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day HR and Administrative duties
- Moniter and update employee records and documents
- Administer Time Management System (TMS) and E-Leave
- Provide payroll support in a timely manner
- Support Annual Wage and Promotion Review
- Submission for Government-Paid Maternity and Childcare Leave, Make-up claims, IR8A, and IR21
- Assist in interviews and on/off boarding of employees
- Able to handle employee's enquiries
- Submission of statutory surveys
- Handle work pass applications for new, renewals, cancellations and liaise with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) for work pass related matters
- Support on Manpower Headcount report
- Organize company event
- Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by Management
Job Requirements:
- Singaporean only
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- At least 3 years' related experience in a similar capacity
- Mature and independent
- Possess a pro-active work attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of staffs
- Possess a strong commitment in confidentiality and discretion
- Good knowledge of local labor legislations, employment act
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
