  • Propose, plan and execute in-store events and customer engagement activities to maximize sales, support season product launch and acquire/engage customers
  • Assist in planning, developing and executing seasonal marketing campaigns
  • Support the management and monitoring of the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources
  • Oversee the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring positive guests experience
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret event data and attendee feedback to identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent
  • Min 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the luxury retail sectors (fashion, skincare or jewellery).
  • Preferably event management experience.
  • Hands-on experience.
  • Driven, self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
