Support the development, administration and coordination of overall Crisis Management and Business Continuity efforts for Marina Bay Sands and Security Service Department.
Job Responsibilities
- Administer and update the MBS Business Continuity Management (BCM) Program Dashboard
- Collect, analyse and disseminate accurate and timely security and risk information and trends
- Assist to review and draft Emergency Response Plans, Business Continuity Plans, operating procedures, briefing materials and reports
- Assist to coordinate and facilitate training and drills/ exercises (TTX/GDX) with MBS Departments and external stakeholders e.g., SPF, SCDF etc
- Assist in administrative tasks to support the BCM team
- Perform all other tasks in the IR as directed by Vice President, Security Service Department
Education & Certification
- Applicant must be a full-time matriculated student
- Internship must contribute to school graduation requirements
- Some experience in one or more of the following areas would be a bonus:-
- Data analytics;
- Creation and administration of Power BI Dashboards;
- Creation and administration of automated workflows; and/or
- System integration and troubleshooting
- A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and positive work ethic
- Excellent written and communication skills, coupled with proactive and solution-oriented mindset
