As a key member of the K-12 International marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing initiatives that support our intervention and supplemental (I&S) product portfolio—including digital and print solutions. Your work will help educators and school leaders better understand the value of McGraw Hill’s evidence-based programs, ensuring more students receive the support they need to succeed.
Reporting to the K-12/ELT Marketing Director for International, the Marketing Manager for Intervention & Supplemental (I&S) works closely with Product Management, Sales, peer Marketing leaders, and cross-functional teams to develop and implement high-impact marketing strategies that drive product awareness, engagement, and adoption.

What can you expect from the position?
- Field-Based Marketing & Go-To-Market Strategy: Develop and execute regional marketing initiatives, including events, digital campaigns, and sales enablement strategies, to generate demand and support revenue growth.
- Market Intelligence & Customer Insights: Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform marketing strategies and ensure product positioning resonates with educators.
- Sales & Revenue Support: Partner with sales teams to build a strong sales pipeline, develop targeted outreach campaigns, and provide ongoing marketing support to drive conversions.
- Messaging & Value Proposition: Craft compelling messaging that highlights the impact of McGraw Hill’s intervention and supplemental solutions, ensuring alignment with educators' needs and challenges.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, Academic Teams, and Sales to align marketing efforts with product development and customer engagement strategies.
- Customer Advocacy & Engagement: Foster relationships with educators, school leaders, and industry experts to build awareness and advocacy for McGraw Hill’s solutions.
- Work closely with the academic team and the broader K-12 International marketing team to execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies for the I&S product portfolio.
- Translate market research insights into actionable marketing strategies to meet customer needs and drive engagement.
- Develop and execute demand-generation campaigns that support sales targets, in collaboration with the I&S Academic Specialist and Account Managers.
- Create and refine value propositions and messaging that clearly articulate the benefits of our solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, identifying ways to differentiate McGraw Hill’s offerings through strategic positioning and sales support.
- Represent and communicate the voice of the customer in key business decisions, ensuring alignment with market needs and product roadmaps.
- Provide hands-on support for pricing, bundling, and positioning of intervention and supplemental products, working to align them with core curriculum solutions across K-12 International.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Education Product Marketing, K-12 intervention/supplemental solutions, or related sales functions.
- Proven experience in designing and executing effective go-to-market strategies.
- A strong data-driven mindset, using analytics to inform marketing decisions and measure success.
- A customer-first approach, with the ability to translate customer insights into impactful marketing initiatives.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
